Nikki Jarvis

Founder, Chief Innovation Officer

Nikki’s ‘push the boundaries' mentality combined with her energy for change, led to a big splash in the change management industry.

Nikki grew up in the Chicago suburbs and questioned “the ways things were” at the ripe age of 12. Labeled the “overachiever” and “nerd” from middle school onward, she learned these manifested into curious, lifelong learner, creative, and change disruptor in adult terms. She comes alive when working with others to find their purpose (their reason why). That’s why she became a career and purpose life coach at the age of 22. You can check out her latest project Dress Your Vision here.

After grappling with tough stuff through her formative years, she learned there is a lot of heart and fight within us that we don’t usually tap into. This shaped an ability to build change makers and disruptors, creators and inspirers with those she works with. She believes change starts with embracing your own story, and this translates into the work she facilitates with organizations every day.

She has worked with Fortune 500 Companies to small businesses and is a thought leader in the Change Management industry.

Aparna Arvind

Senior Principal Change Management Consultant

Aparna is no stranger to fast pace change. As a clinician of 16 years, she learned how far passion and empathy can take a business. As an entrepreneur for 9 + years running an extremely successful practice in Botswana, she perpetually enables the people side as this is key to an organization’s success. After learning this, it has been the driving influence behind her change management practice.

Aparna is a global citizen, she spent her formative years in Botswana, India, South Africa and Canada (Yes, she speaks 4 languages!). Her medical career shed light on just how significant the impact of a workplace can be, therefore, she made the leap to change management and leadership development to ensure the health of the organization and its people are in alignment. We’ve all heard the adage, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Well, Aparna develops tools and mentorship strategies that keep the people side of the organization in a good place (and employee dissatisfaction away).
